21 DAYS TO BRING A HISTORIC REUNION TO LIFE – The 2026 Lunar New Year Gathering for Overseas Vietnamese Delegates

On the evening of February 6th, at Independence Palace, 2026 Lunar New Year Gathering for Overseas Vietnamese Delegates was hosted with utmost prestige. The event honorably welcomed leaders of Ho Chi Minh City and more than 1000 distinguished Vietnamese expatriates from around the world.    

For QMK Group, the journey to this momentous evening began exactly 21 days prior.

In these 21 days, our team raced against the clock as we developed a spatial concept tailored to the event’s high-level diplomatic and governmental nature, optimized the guest reception flow and seating arrangements, building a structured yet engaging program script that balanced strict formality with meaningful and emotional touchpoints, as well as managed audio, visual, and lighting execution to the highest industry standards.

For an event of this scale, there is no room for complacency, so every single detail was reviewed multiple times, and every stage cue was rigorously rehearsed.

However, beyond all the technical aspects of production, what we valued most was the moment the auditorium’s atmosphere transformed into a warm, collaborative space where expatriate representatives shared thoughtful perspectives, introduced partnership models, investment proposals and international connection programs aimed at contributing to the city’s next phase of development. For us, the prolonged applause and the firm handshakes after the program ended, are truly the actual testament to an event’s value.

21 days may seem like a tight timeline, yet it was sufficient for QMK Group and our partner teams to create such a prestigious, seamless, and extremely meaningful program.
